I’m Jess Johnson, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), special education teacher, and founder of Innovated Behavior — a platform dedicated to helping educators, clinicians, and organizations navigate the intersection of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and emerging technologies.
During my 20 years of experience in the ABA field, I’ve seen both the challenges and incredible opportunities in the world of behavior intervention. As the fields of education, therapy, and data continue to evolve, my mission is to equip professionals with innovative, research-based strategies that integrate ABA principles with emerging AI technologies — all while keeping students and clients at the center.
Innovated Behavior was created to serve as a hub for educators, behavior analysts, therapists, and organizations who are ready to embrace evidence-based innovation while maintaining the heart of what makes this work so important: helping people grow, learn, and thrive.
